Abstract:
In the presented article the authors analyzed the process of development of new tools of personnel technologies in the provision of public and municipal services. The need for the development of such instrumentation due to the lack of a unified approach in the assessment of the level of professionalism of employees of the multifunctional centers and the significance of the problem of conservation of human resources. Application of the developed methodology will allow to gradually and gently improve the system of public and municipal services through verified mechanisms for assessing the personnel potential of employees of multifunctional centers.
