Abstract:
This article deals with the problem of development and production of wheat in Russia from 2010 to 2016 based on the analysis of the structure of acreage, dynamics of yield and gross harvest of wheat, the forecast of development of production volumes in Russia is calculated, based on the actual growth rates of the crop. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that currently there are problems preventing the economic efficiency of the grain industry such as low rates of modernization, financial instability and others. The purpose of the study is to identify the possibility of growth of wheat and predict until 2025 the volume of grain production, to meet the needs of the population in all regions.
