Abstract:
Social management as a concept appeared not so long ago-at the end of the XX century as a way to manage teams within large organizations focused on the social sphere. Social management, according to the author, is the reconstruction of social benefits for the social needs of a certain society (collective) within the organization. Like any management system, social management must first and foremost be based on the laws, principles, rules and norms of governance in order to be effective and efficient. This fact led to the relevance of the study and served as a search for solutions to such scientific problems as the generalization of the principles and functions of social management in theory and practice.
