State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2019, vol. 1, 37-42

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of science-based approaches to the study of the mechanism of formation of criteria of efficiency of the state financial social security of the population. Formation of criteria of efficiency of public management of social development is considered. Based on the analysis revealed that the tools of interaction between citizens of society and the state through the creation of a system of control over the state of the value system. The effectiveness of the public administration of social development depends on the degree of control coverage.
