State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2019, vol. 1, 43-48

Abstract: The article considers the specifics of the influence of business entities on the adoption by public authorities of management decisions, determined the basic conditions and principles of their interaction. The essence of the regulatory impact assessment procedure is disclosed to identify in the draft legal acts conditions that establish excessive duties, prohibitions and restrictions for business entities, as well as conditions that lead to unreasonable expenses of entrepreneurs and the budget. The main priorities for the development of business influence on the process of management decisions made by public authorities are formulated: approval of measures blocking the use of the monopolistic advantages of specific organizations by influencing the development and adoption of state (municipal) management decisions; improving the interaction of business and government in the modern economy in the framework of state support for business; development of feedback mechanisms and public monitoring of state (municipal) management decisions in the field of business development.
