Abstract: In the article the importance and necessity of innovative management of special knowledge of the personnel by heads of the innovative organization is designated. The experience of LLC "KZ "Rostselmash" on the reconstruction of industrial science in order to constantly update the intelligence of the organization in the context of the skills of its leaders not only to motivate staff, but also to attract management based on scientific methods.
