Abstract: In the present study, the objective necessity of using a cluster approach to the development of scientific and educational sphere of the economic health system is determined. The features are considered and the analysis of social and economic interrelations of scientific and educational innovative medical cluster on the basis of the developed model of its structure is carried out, the basic characteristics of the cluster are defined. The analysis of the features of the synergetic effect of the aggregate structure of the cluster allowed to identify new qualitative characteristics of the scientific and educational process in the medical cluster system and to justify as a generalizing result of the synergetic effect of the basic structures of the cluster high potential for improving medical, social and economic efficiency of health care.
