Abstract: In article one of the largest manufacturing enterprises – LLC KZ «Rostselmash» is considered. In the conditions of sanctions, the enterprise shows successful financial performance and considerable expansion of production. It is explained by rich history as the enterprises leaders of combine harvester construction, active support from the government, competent management, existence of considerable resources (labor, production), the correct marketing strategy that allows the enterprise to come to the world leading positions. In plans of the enterprise – to head for globalization, increase in partner network, expansion of the outputs, improvement of the quality conforming to the international standards.
