Abstract:
In the article the author analyzes the process of neo-industrialization that takes place in the Russian economy from the standpoint of context analysis. In addition to the existing research on the implementation of the modernization of modern economic mechanisms in a digital economy, the emphasis is placed on the need to identify the substantive aspect of the used economic category "neoindustrialization" not only from the standpoint of analyzing ongoing technological innovations, but also from the point of view of its com-prehensive analysis, which implies the change of economic thinking paradigms and the change of the functional role of a person in this system. The author proceeds from the hypothesis that implies the formation of the goal-setting of economic policy by means of institutional design, based on the context modelling of the system of institutions that implement economic, including industrial policy.
