Abstract:
This article highlights the problems of rational use of resources at all levels of the Russian economy in connection with the need to increase the production of domestic goods and import substitution policy. Among the set of existing problems in the framework of improving the sustainability of production, socio-economic environmental systems, an important direction of economic activity is to address the issues of effective management of material and raw material potential, as well as the optimization and modernization of technical and technological equipment of enterprises and the rational use of secondary waste. In Nowadays environmental resource problems are of extraordinary character, the determination of which requires an integrated approach based on the construction of a new multi-level model of resource management.
