Abstract: In modern economy relevant questions of identification of new factors of growth are and also search of the mechanism of the solution of social problems is. In this regard to the forefront there is a digitalization process research, influencing stimulation of economic growth and its opportunities for achievement of various social purposes, including in labor market. At justification of the strategic choice in economic policy it is necessary to consider that digitalization becomes the main priority direction of development of production and driving force of sustainable development. Development of digital economy in all sectors and levels of production allows to receive considerable economic benefits, including increase in productivity of work, as in the state, and private sectors of social production. The digital transformation of economy based on use of the latest technologies provides not only creation of new jobs, but also achievement of higher level of the relations between subjects of economy due to formation of new standards of their social behavior.
