Abstract:
The article presents an attempt to understand the significance of the development of the cultural and value foundations of the political elite in order to ensure national security in key areas of state activity. The author analyzes the current negative trends that have a profound impact on the formation of the cultural and civilizational identity of representatives of the political elite. Within the framework of the article, an analysis of the scientific research of leading scientists involved in the formation of cultural and value content of training and the personal and professional development of managers has been carried out. The author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to rethink the substantial content of management training and the development of a fundamentally new toolkit of content-technological support of elitogenesis in order to develop sovereign and strengthen the national security of Russia.
