Abstract:
The article presents the solution of accumulation and efficiency of human capital using in conditions of regional economy’s digitalization. The potentially new three-component method of human capital analysis “Source-Mechanism-Result” allows to estimate the balance between the results of human capital using and its reproduction processes in digitalization of the economy conditions. The approbation of the authors conceptual method is implemented with using such tools, like: index method, regression and cluster econometric analysis. The result of the investigation is revealing of key catalysts and inhibitors of effective human capital using processes in the regions of southern Russia.
