Abstract: The financial behavior of the population is the subject of growing interest from politicians, practitioners and scientists, largely due to income volatility, disproportion in welfare, and increasing periods of economic downturns. The population is experiencing financial instability due to the growing level of autonomy and individual responsibility for the present and the future. All this often leads to the risk of increasing errors in decisions of a financial nature, which is particularly susceptible to the younger generation going into independent life.
