Abstract: The use of artificial intelligence in the financial sector led to lower costs, an increase in the quality and speed of various types of banking operations, increased the accuracy of processes, which in turn made it possible to minimize the influence of the human factor and automate many processes. These technologies are one of the competitive advantages of financial institutions and the state as a whole in the global financial market, thereby giving another impetus to the development of financial globalization.
