Abstract:
The article discusses the nature and content of franchising of educational services, its forms, factors and features of development in a market economy. The historical prerequisites of franchising are highlighted, its definition from the standpoint of the development of economic relations is clarified, the main substantive tools of franchising are highlighted with the introduction of the investment component as the main element of franchising activity. Based on the advantages of developing franchising and its potential reserves, the main directions for the development of the university integrated with the Strategy for the Development of the Scientific and Technological Development of the country are highlighted, which will allow for possible risks and develop preventive measures in the field of investment in educational franchise projects.
