Abstract:
In article the main problems that domestic multinational corporations face are considered. It is noted that, there are geo-graphical, economic, organizational and legal and financial problems which existence does not allow to develop activity of multinational corporation up to standard and to be competitive, in comparison with other developed countries. It is im-portant to create the infrastructure promoting coordination and the organization of activity of multinational corporation in Russia and also to actively apply the international marketing and to improve standard legal support of activity not only multinational corporation, but also all market in general.
