Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of actual problems related to the role of the educational space of national states in ensuring global and strategic stability in the world. Special attention is paid to the abilities of the national educational space due to the integration at the global level to level technological gaps and digital gaps between developed and developing countries. The impact of international exchanges and mobility of the scientific community on the creation of new knowledge, human capital, technological innovation, knowledge transfer is also considered. In addition, it was found that the internationalization of knowledge allows you to create added value through the dissemination of competencies and abilities to their absorption.
