Abstract:
The article deals with the essence of transnationalization in the specifics of the development of the modern econom-ic state of a large transnational corporate community. The process of institutional changes in the transitive economic strategy is particularly attractive for large transnational capital. The effectiveness of transnationalization is formed through the specific possibilities of institutionalization of the economic potential of transnational entities.
