Abstract: The article deals with the problem of reducing the disharmony of management decisions taken in the structural units of the regional cluster in the process of its restructuring with the use of information and digital technologies. The main attention in the process of managing organizational projects is paid to the coordination and harmoniza-tion in accordance with the target settings of financial flows directed to geographically dispersed branches of the cluster structure. An approximate model for assessing the level of harmonization of management decisions in the units of a regional cluster in the process of its restructuring, taking into account the financial component, is presented.
