Abstract:
Modern methods for preparing forecasts and plans for the strategic development of regions are based on the use of foresight technologies. This technology allows not only to involve all stakeholders in the forecasting process, to ensure the quality of management decision-making, but also to consolidate the efforts of civil society participants. Testing technology foresight on the example of choosing a concept for a business forum for entrepreneurs of different scales of activity showed the possibility of choosing a priority solution taking into account the opinion of man-agers and specialists from organizations responsible for supporting small and medium-sized businesses and managers of business structures.
