Abstract: A new approach to the development of transport services in Russia, based on a comprehensive service provision, is presented. The features of the services rendered in the largest transport companies in Russia are reflected. The conditions, main problems of service implementation and key tasks are analyzed. The scheme of organization of customer-oriented service in transport is proposed. The centralized network structure of a promising service is presented, and the economic and market aspects of implementing the developed approach are highlighted.
