Abstract: This article presents the special role of multinational companies in the movement of capital. The factors that contribute to the movement of capital are given. The main causative factors of capital migration are identified. The theoretical mechanisms of investment mobilization in Russia are considered. As an example, the most successful, according to the international rating, Russian transnational industrial corporations of oil and gas specialization are given.
