Abstract:
The article is devoted to the formation of an effective system of internal control in the enterprise in order to increase its investment attractiveness. The relationship between the construction of the control system and the organizational structure and corporate culture of the organization is defined. A comparative analysis of the categories "monitoring" and "controlling" has been carried out. Types, principles and stages of control are described. Internal investment control and monitoring visualization tool developed.
