Abstract:
In work features of the policy realized in modern Russia in the field of development of mechanisms of municipal and private partnership are considered. Monitoring of the available researches on the specified subject allowed to allocate a number of the system groups belonging to questions of economic, legal and regional competences. At the same time the question of political management of the explored sphere in the majority of works comes down to elements of public administration that according to the author it is fully not capable to reflect social effect of implementation of projects of municipal and private partnership. Some statistical data of public authorities relating to features of implementation of the considered projects now are introduced for scientific use. On the basis of the carried-out monitoring of the industries of implementation of projects of municipal and private partnership the per-spective directions of development of public policy in the explored sphere taking into account available international the practician are offered. Also in article improvement of the mechanisms of public administration realized today, regarding allocation of the separate executive authority accumulating in the competences project management not only municipal and private, but also public-private partnership, for increase in targeting and, therefore, efficiency of the developed and implemented projects is offered.
