Abstract:
The questions of the formation of small groups on the basis of a selected set of specialists of various profiles and the formation of target groups for effective teamwork, for the implementation of a specific target search and rescue program are considered. The specific informational task of forming the most active variant of special search small groups for the Ministry of Emergencies is considered.
