Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of problems of stimulating business and social initiatives of the population based on the use of modern information technologies. It was found that the existing information space of the system of collective interactions is characterized by a high degree of "dispersion" of information on individual sites. The format of "presentation" of initiated projects is low-effective. This is a constraint on the development of business and social initiatives. The solution to these problems is proposed on the basis of combining information flows within a single information platform. The article suggests the design of this platform. Its functionality allows not only to stimulate business and social initiatives, but also to allow local authorities to get information about the social attitudes of citizens.
