State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2020, vol. 2, 130-134

Abstract: The article deals with the main directions of the impact of economic and political sanctions on the economy of the Russian Federation. First of all, the reasons for the introduction of restrictions and their varieties are investigated. The article analyzes the number of individuals and legal entities included in the sanctions lists, as well as the impact of anti-Russian sanctions on various sectors of the economy. Considered change rate of the ruble against the dollar and Euro over the period 2013-2019. In conclusion the prospects for the domestic economy in terms of sanctions impact Europe, USA and Canada.
