Abstract:
The article is devoted to the consideration of economic associations in the specifics of the formation and development of the institutional structure of the modern market transformation. The possibility of interaction between business entities is particularly attractive for improving business associations in the structure of institutional change. The system characteristics of economic entities are considered in the direction of transformational development of the economic potential of medium and large associations. It shows the strengthening of institutional influence on the formation of the concept of economic interpenetration of economic associations in the new conditions of socio-economic relations, with the functioning of the incentive of economic impact on the specifics of economic reform.
