Abstract:
The article identifies factors that influence the nature of the process of interaction between business entities and public authorities. The authors identify traditional and electronic tools that can be used by business entities for GR-interaction with public authorities. According to the results of the study, it was proved that in the digital transformation of public administration and all spheres of public life, new opportunities open up for the further development of GR management. In conclusion, the key problems of the development of GR management in the Russian Federation are formulated, ways to solve them are proposed. The reported research was funded by Russian Foundation for Basic Research, grant №19-010-00103.
