Abstract: The article discusses the implementation of the Institute of public-private partnership using foreign experience in providing infrastructure projects in the field of road construction. Special attention is paid to the problem of regular review of contractual obligations in the field of project formation and the role of the state and entrepreneurs in the exchange of information resources is established. Using a model consisting of 4 factors that influence the formation of relationships, a characteristic of project implementation is given.
