Abstract: The article substantiates the relevance of business communications, which consists in the fact that effective management is impossible without an effective communication process. The study of cross-scriptural features in business communications are necessary requirements of management as a whole. The aim of the research is to increase the efficiency of business interaction in the field of entrepreneurial activity in the People's Republic of China and the region of the Russian Federation - the Rostov Region by establishing communications. The article presents the disaggregation of crop types according to R. Lewis: monoactive, polyactive and reactive. Models of business communication are considered. Further, the article identifies individual tractors, which are a special type of control carried out at all levels of culture, which is gaining widespread acceptance. The article describes the cross-cultural features of the functioning of business in the People’s Republic of China and the Rostov Region, and also emphasizes that in business communications with Chinese entrepreneurs, the specific features of the national and business culture of this people should be taken into account. The authors of the article indicate the channels for promoting Russian products on the Chinese market. The following is the commodity structure of the export and population of the Rostov Region and the People's Republic of China. Evaluate the nature of foreign economic relations of entrepreneurs of the People’s Republic of China and the Don Region, we can say that there is a comfortable situation of business communication.
