Abstract:
The article considers the vector of the methodology of management of innovative production taking into account the analysis of the crisis situation in the economy. The models of interaction between managers and staff on the basis of morality and ethics are proposed. The necessity of implementation of the "Strategy 2026" to create conditions for innovative breakthrough in the development of a new level of economy. The importance of intellectual potential determining social, environmental and moral aspects in the behavior of the team is revealed. The innovative thinking of managers as a tool of innovative entrepreneurship is substantiated
