Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze significant determinant factors that have a direct impact on the formation of extremist and terrorist attitudes among student youth in order to attract student youth into destructive organizations of an extremist-terrorist nature. The authors identified and analyzed seven groups of determinant factors, including: ideological, political and legal, socio-economic, migration, psychological and pedagogical, spiritual and moral, social and psychological.
