Abstract: Today, the modern Russian education system faces a very important task-the upbringing of a harmonious personality with professional skills and effectively maintaining their mental and spiritual health. In this connection, the authors of the article address the process of forming a health-strengthening lifestyle of University students in the process of physical education. On the basis of the analysis, the authors build a model zdoroveuchenye life style of University students, which includes the formation of zdoroveuchenye lifestyle (cognitive, technical, adaptive, emotionalvolitional) and pedagogical conditions aimed at the organization of process of physical education in high school: the relationship of theory and practice, software and methodical support of educational process, integrative control and logistics.
