Abstract:
The article is devoted to the managerial development of future specialists, taking into account direct and longterm participation in various event events. A detailed review of regulatory legal acts, literary sources that reveal the concepts of «youth», «young specialist» is presented. The importance and significance of event events in improving and developing the labor potential of future young specialists is determined. Analyzed the statistical data of Rosstat, HeadHunter company in terms of youth employment and requirements for them in the Russian labor market. The key aspects of the effectiveness and focus of event activities for future young specialists are outlined. The necessity of youth participation in event activities for further successful employment, increasing labor potential for professions that are in demand at the labor exchange has been proved.
