Abstract:
The article substantiates the relationship between the formation and implementation of innovative projects and the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concept and essence of "innovative project" and the practical aspects of implementation, the main sections and stages of the implementation of an innovative project were identified. The factors and elements that contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise have been established, and further measures have been proposed for the effective implementation of innovative projects.
