Abstract:
The research is devoted to the problem of the history of political design of the national idea as a reflection of the social contract. Russia, which has been in a state of political turbulence for the past twenty years, needs a social contract of a consolidating nature that can become a national idea with which all Russian society would agree. An important objective of the research is to examine the processes of design ideas, based on which the possible emergence of the social contract as a consensus of public consent between different social groups and between government and society.
