Abstract: The article discusses the existing methods of assessment the efficiency of the health system, taking into account the economic resources spent to achieve a socio-economic effect. There have been analyzed the regulatory and legal documents regulating the assessment of activities in the field of healthcare at various levels, and identifies approaches to analyzing the effectiveness of financial costs for the development of healthcare.
