Abstract:
The article considers the algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of management of innovative activity of hotel organizations, based on an indicative approach, which allows you to give the most complete assessment of the actual level of innovative activity. The main groups of indicators are identified, illustrating the characteristics of the ongoing innovative processes, which include innovative potential, innovative sustainability and intensity of innovation activity. Based on the selected indicators, a system of indicators of innovative activity of hotel business organizations was formed and an evaluation algorithm was developed. A special place is devoted to the evaluation of the resulting effect, calculated from the points of view of production, technological and sociooriented processes of research into the innovative activity of hotel business organizations.
