Abstract:
The article deals with the current problems of interaction between the state and civil society, which is designed to become an integrating system that unites the public and private interests of citizens. The paper defines the concepts of "state" and "civil society", analyzes federal legislation, the state of civil society at the end of the Soviet era, as well as in post-Soviet Russia. The article provides statistical information, data from sociological studies that allow us to analyze the main problems (including protest moods) that exist today and prevent the formation of a developed and stable civil society in Russia. The output shows some solutions to the existing problems.
