Abstract: Examines the relationship of social innovation to meet the needs of society. The necessity of innovative development of economy on the basis of domestic technologies and innovative knowledge of personnel is proved. The importance of the transfer of innovative technologies in view of the Strategy-2024. Theoretical and practical aspects for the transition of the economy to a new level of development, taking into account the abilities of managers with innovative thinking.
