Abstract:
The article is devoted to peculiarities of personnel management in conditions of digitalization. An overview of the transformation of tasks during the transition of personnel management to the digital environment is presented, the main levels of benefits from digitalization are identified, their characteristics are presented. Factors that hinder the development of digitalized personnel management have been identified and classified. Key aspects of the essence of the definitions of "digital technologies in human resources management," "digitalization" and "digital transformation" are outlined, the goals of digital transformation within the framework of the human resources management system are updated. We investigated the classification of digital transformations in the framework of the main human resources management processes, such as recruitment, ongoing work with personnel.
