Abstract: The authors of this article attempt to identify the determinants in the exposition of the main directions of the formation of the system of political governance of the Russian Federation, desig-nated in the new version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; To determine the main sources and directions of the impact and transfer of norms, values, and state-forming institutions and technologies of Post-Soviet Russia. The article defines the conceptual components of the new version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation as a large socio-political project, identifies problematic areas of new political governance in the context of the new version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
