Abstract:
The article examines the development of society and concludes that there has been a change in the configuration of the population structure. The trend towards an increase in the able-bodied population as the development of society's resources was replaced by an inverse trend – the need to reduce the size of the population serving as a labor force and localize tasks for each worker individually. This situation reproduces the need to enhance the integrative impact of all forms of consciousness on the unification of humanity in front of common tasks: preservation and restoration of the planet's resources, the formation of an information-ecological type of thinking, the consciousness of the global biosocial environment of the new formation.
