Abstract: The article examines the experience of working with citizens' appeals, including the assessment of the use of modern technologies in this process at the local level on the example of the munici-pal formation of the city of Lomonosov. The study also analyzed the satisfaction of the citizens of the Lo-monosov municipality with the quality of interaction with the municipality on their applications. The analy-sis made it possible to identify a number of problems that make it difficult to work with citizens' appeals in the administration.
