State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2021, vol. 3, 35-40

Abstract: The article examines the changes that constantly occur in the process of managing joint-stock companies in which the state owns a block of shares. The authors dwell in detail on the problems of corporate governance and those measures aimed at improving its quality, as well as on the trends in the further development of companies with state participation. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of new management tools related to the use of digital technologies, dividend policy.
