Abstract: The article discusses the prospects and obstacles to the development of public-private partnerships in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the application of effective foreign practices of cooperation between the state and business. The article proves that creating the necessary conditions for the development of public-private partnerships will increase the investment attractiveness of regions and municipalities of the Russian Federation, improve the economic situation, and also reduce the volume of public investment in infrastructure facilities at all levels of project implementation.
