Abstract:
The authors of the article analyze the specifics of public-private communications on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that make up the Southern Federal District in order to establish signs of practical experience in the formation and modernization of GR-communications at the regional level in Russia. Within the framework of the study, the prospects for further improvement of productive GR-management are considered as one of the key factors for the effective functioning of regional economic systems. The authors establish that these prospects are identified through the analysis and generalization of various options implemented in practice, support to private business structures by public authorities in the system of regional development of GR-partnership using modern information and digital technologies.
