Abstract: The article attempts to identify new trends in the organization of business processes and internal control in a commercial bank, taking into account the company's request for their transformation in the conditions of digitalization. The possibilities, problems, and places of effective use of new technologies in banking are identified, taking into account the experience of the country's largest bank.
